Wee Wild Ones: Tree Tales - Evergreen Adventures / Friday, Jan. 16, 9 – 10 a.m. and 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. / Caw Caw Interpretive Center.

Join us for a magical winter journey through the world of evergreen trees! This program invites our wee wild ones to explore the forest with their senses, imaginations, and growing minds. Through playful activities, hands-on discovery, and storytelling, we will learn what makes evergreen trees so special -- from their needle-shaped leaves to their cones, bark, and hidden winter wildlife!   What to expect: The program will take place in both a climate-controlled classroom and outside. A portion of the program will involve walking a short distance on an unpaved trail. Accessible restrooms, accessible water fountain, and accessible picnic area are all in close proximity to the indoor classroom where the program begins and ends.
