Wee Wild Ones: Planet Protectors /Friday, Dec. 12, 9 – 10 a.m. and 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Caw Caw Interpretive Center - classroom

Young children will channel their inner explorers while enjoying nature through hands-on activities, games, music, and art. Explore the concepts of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle and how we can practice these ideas in our daily lives. This program focuses on fostering a sense of responsibility and care for the environment, encouraging young learners to take small steps toward protecting our planet!

What to expect: Accessible restrooms, water fountains, and a picnic table are available near the classroom where the program begins and ends. The first portion of this program will be held in an air-conditioned classroom. The second portion will take place outdoors on trails that are mostly flat and have a natural, unimproved surface. We will walk about 100-200 feet on the trail for about 10 minutes.
