Wee Wild Ones: Fall in the Saltmarsh / Friday, Nov. 14, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. James Island County Park – crabbing dock

Young children will channel their inner explorers while enjoying nature through hands-on activities, games. music, and art. Explore the amazingly diverse salt marsh ecosystem with us! We will be learning about all of the plants and animals that live in the ecosystem and look at some beautiful fall changes.

What to Expect: Accessible restrooms, water fountains, and picnic tables are available near the area where the program takes place. This program will take place in shaded outdoor areas as well as in areas of full sun. We will be in the salt marsh under full sun for about 10 minutes of the program. The route to the salt marsh is a combination of paved and dirt paths.
