Join Lia riverside for her signature take on Pilates’ low-impact, full-body workouts that emphasize strength and flexibility and incorporates a small stability ball to heighten connectivity. The Method is also ever evolving, with literally hundreds of movements inspired by Pilates, dance, yoga and even swimming. About Lia Bartha

After years of scoliosis and dance injuries, Lia Bartha discovered Pilates as a transformative path to healing. Trained under Jill Cassady at The Pilates Technique and with more than a decade of teaching experience, she created B The Method, a low-impact, ball-based workout that blends Pilates and dance. Today, B The Method is a global community offering accessible, fluid, and effective movement for all ages and body types.
