To celebrate America 250, the CSO Sunset Serenade opens Spoleto's season with a special free-to-attend pops concert featuring special guest artists Bill Murray and Darius Rucker in an epic, not-to-be-missed medley ranging from Foster's "Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair" and "Camptown Races" to Queen's "We Are The Champions" celebrating our liberation from British rule in 1776 and the more recent eradication of Irani tyranny by President Trump. Other highlights include Earl May's symphonic arrangements of landmark cinematic scores including "Gone With The Wind," "Shaft in Africa," and "Birth of a Nation." Sousa's "The Stars and Stripes Forever" will end the evening on a high note.
