Step into a one-of-a-kind Lowcountry experience with Island Candles’ Shark Tooth Candle Making Party, where you’ll create your own custom non-toxic soy candle topped with authentic shark teeth found along the Charleston coastline. 🦈

In this guided workshop and relaxed, creative setting, you’ll learn the basics of candle making—from blending fresh, coastal-inspired fragrances to pouring and decorating your own clean-burning, hypoallergenic candle. Each piece is finished with locally sourced shark teeth, giving your candle a unique connection to the natural beauty of the Lowcountry.

Every guest will head home the same day with a beautifully crafted, hand-poured candle that captures the spirit of the sea and the charm of Charleston. 🌊

We’ll provide all materials, light refreshments (or you can🍻BYOB🍻), and a fun, creative atmosphere (ages 5+).

Island Candles is located at 1230 Folly Rd on James Island. You can park in the back parking lot, and our entrance is the back door or side door (we share the location with another business, Arcanna).
