An extension of Chef Humm's year-long residency, each engagement centers on a collaboratively composed multi-course menu created by Chef Humm and the visiting chef. These ticketed events begin with a 48-hour presale exclusively for American Express® Global Dining Access members, followed by public reservations available through Resy.
Menus will showcase seasonal, regionally sourced ingredients while reflecting the distinct perspective of each guest chef. Chef Humm and each visiting chef will be present in the restaurant throughout the evenings, offering guests a rare and high-touch dining experience.
