The "Patchwork Heart: Pocket Prayer Quilt" is the perfect gift to share and show your love. This mini quilt finishes at approximately 4"x 4" and contains a pocket to hold a prayer list or a loving sentiment to gift or hold onto. We'll make 3 during class.

Sewing machine and its accessories

Basic sewing supplies (needles, thread, seam ripper, pins or clips, sewing scissors, etc.)

Rotary Cutter, mat, & quilt ruler (6.5 x6.5" recommended)

Marking pen or pencil

Irons & ironing boards will be available

¼" foot -or- machine clearly marked with ¼" seam

Please cut and label just the pieces below.

-(25) 1.5" x 5" rectangles of different contrasting & coordinating fabrics -(3) 5" x 5" squares for backing -(3) 4.5" x 4.5" squares for pocket -(3) 6" x 6" squares batting

Embroidery floss, templates, paper scissors, and hand sewing needles will be available for use in class.

For class, we will make three pocket prayer hearts. Remember - you can set up 15 minutes before class begins. See you soon!
