Mandi Casey is the Chief Pasta Officer of Lowcountry Bella, where she blends her Southern roots with the soulful flavors of Italy. After retiring from corporate America, Mandi turned her lifelong passion for cooking into a full-time pursuit. Trained by Italian Nonnas, one being her own, she now teaches Italian cooking classes and has published two cookbooks. Her philosophy is simple: food is love, and mealtime is where the best memories are made.

Together we are bringing a taste of Italy to Charleston.  We will celebrate the timeless art of handmade pasta, paired with beautiful, soulful sauces.

Think of it as Tuscan kitchen cooking with Nonna, right here in the Lowcountry.

In our first class, you’ll learn how to make fresh fettuccine from scratch, tossed in a rich pomodoro sauce with a secret ingredient that makes it taste like it simmered all day. You’ll master the art of kneading perfect pasta dough and discover Lowcountry Bella’s special way to cook garlic (a simple trick that’s an absolute game changer!)
