Stacey Bailey Consulting and Fornadel Event Management team up to present Charleston One-Day Retreats. The first event of the year is Level Up: The Strategic Foundation on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Meeting at 616 from 8:30am-5:00pm. This one-day strategic intensive retreat is designed to pull you out of the daily "whirlwind" and into a space of total clarity, confidence, and strategic direction needed to fuel sustainable growth.

This is not a conference filled with passive listening. Level Up is a hands-on retreat focused on real outcomes. Participants will leave with a 12-month roadmap, defined core values to guide your decision-making, and your first 90-day action plan. The retreat is intentionally limited to 16–20 participants to ensure hands-on guidance and meaningful connection. The experience includes a full day of workshops, locally sourced meals, and a celebratory happy hour in a relaxed, unconventional venue.
