The International African American Museum invites you to join us for IAAM KING: A Day of Celebration, honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Following the YWCA’s annual MLK Day Parade, we invite you to join us at the Museum for an afternoon of complimentary admission, youth-centered activities, and family-friendly experiences that reflect Dr. King’s enduring vision of justice, equality, and community.

Throughout the Museum, guests can write messages to future generations, record personal reflections in the Oral History Booth, contribute to the Legacy Leaves community display, and enjoy short films and storytelling circles that inspire connection and reflection across generations.

Complimentary admission is made possible through the generous support of Boeing. Admission is available via Timed Admission Tickets below. Walk-ups are welcome based on Museum capacity.
