WANDO MOUNT PLEASANT — Presented as part of South Carolina’s SC250 Revolutionary War commemorations, historian emeritus Richard Hatcher of Fort Sumter National Monument will explore the life and legacy of Lt. Col. Richard Clough Anderson, a distinguished Continental Army officer who served as aide-de-camp to the Marquis de Lafayette and fought in several pivotal battles leading to American independence.
