Celebrate the fresh flavors and delicate charm of spring in our Spring High Tea Baking Class. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a beautiful assortment of elegant tea-time pastries perfect for garden parties, brunch gatherings, or a classic afternoon tea.

What You’ll Bake:

Light, flaky scones featuring bright seasonal flavors such as lemon lavender, strawberry cream, and honey vanilla

Delicate tea cookies, including varieties like lemon shortbread, pistachio butter cookies, and floral-infused sugar cookies

Elegant petit fours, layered with light fillings and finished with spring-inspired decorations

Along the way, you’ll learn professional baking tips for achieving tender pastries, balancing flavors, and creating a visually stunning tea spread. Our chefs will also share techniques for assembling and presenting a beautiful high tea service.

At the end of class, we’ll gather to enjoy a tasting with a curated selection of teas, paired with the scones, cookies, and petit fours you’ve baked—because every spring gathering deserves a proper tea moment.
