Event Details Halloween Costume Golf Cart Parade, Drive through Haunted House, Inflatables, Food Vendors and Trick or treat bags for all the boys and girls. All Golf Carts must be registered to participate. Golf Cart Parade Route Parade line up starts at 3:30pm on 27th Avenue. Parade begins at 4:00pm SHARP! Prizes will be awarded to the top three best decorated golf carts.
