SHAPERS II is the second iteration of the salon-style exhibition of Charleston-based ceramic sculpture artists curated by local artist and educator, Cristina Victor. The show includes over 20 artists showcasing various recent works representing various approaches to sculpting with clay, ranging from figurative, architectural, representational, abstract, and vessels that tightrope function and play. This maximalist installation is an opportunity to recognize an incredibly dynamic and skilled community of makers and educators currently working in clay in the Lowcountry.
