Barrier Island Oyster Company will be roasting and serving their premium local oysters, sustainably harvested from pristine Lowcountry shorelines in the Folly, Edisto, and Kiawah Rivers. Each wild cluster is culled by hand, then triple washed and cooked to perfection for the cleanest, briniest oysters you’ve ever shucked.
