This beloved Lowcountry tradition brings together food lovers, music fans, and community supporters for an unforgettable day of flavor, fun, and fundraising — all to support Islands Against Cancer, Inc. Set against the backdrop of James Island County Park , the event features a high-energy chili cook-off with fierce competition from individuals, restaurants, and local groups — all judged by a panel of celebrity guests . Enjoy fresh local oysters , beer, and wine , while you sample chili and cast your vote for the People’s Choice winner. With live music from 4 local bands , a celebrity MC , and a silent auction packed with exciting items and experiences, there's something for everyone. Families can enjoy the kid zone with jump castles, games, and face painting , while adults soak in the festive atmosphere with great food, drinks, and community spirit. This year, we're expecting over 1,100 guests — making it one of the largest and most anticipated events of the season. All proceeds go directly to supporting Islands Against Cancer, Inc. and their work helping patients and families navigate cancer care through digital tools, education, and advocacy.
